Annual review meeting and financial literacy Program of Aatmanirbhar LBS (ALBS) for Center chiefs at Badhaiyatal was held on March 11, 2025.

The program was presided over by the branch manger Pramila Chaudhary. The chief executive officer (CEO) Saugat Chaudhary was the chief guest on the occasion while central staff, Nepal Bahadur Chaudhary, Kalidash chaudhary including representative HB Thapa from promoter organization Rural Women Development Centre –RWDC were also present on the occasion. ALBS board member Tika Ram Chaudhary was also present there.

At the beginning of the program, Nep Bahadur Chaudhary oriented the participants of the workshop on financial literacy about how to save money and how to invest in the small business, and types of loans provided by the microfinance company.

CEO Saugat Chaudhary highlighted the main objective of rendering services of microfinance in the rural areas aimed at reducing poverty. Similarly, board member Tika Ram Chaudhry also highlighted the major points of how to be good entrepreneur.

Likewise, RWDC representative HB Thapa also stressed on how not to get swayed by the social media that sometimes try discourage the rural women to take micro loans from the microfinance services.

The program awarded the best centres of the AlBS and also awarded the best entrepreneurs who had taken micro loans and created success stories in their own areas.

The program was moderated by senior staff Kalidas Chaudhary while the branch manager Pramila Chaudhary gave her concluding remarks and ended the program.
